Terms & Conditions
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All transactions are processed via secure server. Orders will be charged at the time of order. Custom orders may take up to 8 weeks. Most orders ship within 14 days. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please be aware that personal checks slow down order processing as no product ships until the payment is received. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Availability
Items are all custom made and are usuallly shipped within 14 days of the order. Rush items may be avaialble, call for details.
Delivery
Items will be shipped via the U.S.
Postal Service. Express Delivery and UPS/FedEx are available for an additional charge. Call for details.
International Orders
Our shipping rates are for mainland U.S. orders only. If you place an order to be shipped outside of the 48 mainland states, the shipping charges may be significantly higher. We will send your merchandise the best way to insure prompt delivery at a reasonable price, but this additional shipping must be calculated manually.
Returns
Sorry, custom made items cannot be returned.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us within 72 hours. We will work with respective carrier for claim. In order to process claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging.
If an item is defective, please notify us immediately, and individual item guarantee policies will be reviewed for refund or replacement.
